Strategy and Planning

Strategy and Planning is responsible for the University-wide planning framework and related issues. The Strategy and Planning Team provides management information on a predictable and cyclic basis, as well as conducting ad hoc statistical enquiries and analyses. The team is also responsible for the coordination of the University's statutory reporting obligations and for supporting internal load management and budget processes. The team provides survey management and manages the data warehouse.

Strategy and Planning was until 2007 an element of the Office of Planning and Quality (OPQ). As of 2007, Strategy and Planning is a single unit with a separate Director while Quality moves into the portfolio of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Learning & Quality). Modifications to the former OPQ website are being made to reflect these changes in structure.
