Records Management Office (RMO)The RMO provides support and accountability for University business activities through the efficient registration and management of the University's corporate records. The RMO manages University files that include administrative, legal, research grant, scholarship and staff records. The recordkeeping system TRIM manages their registration, movement, access, security, and disposal. Electronic document management strategies are being developed to meet the current and future business needs of University administrative areas. These strategies will allow an increasing number of documents to be scanned and stored electronically, and viewed using TRIM. University staff can apply to access and request records from TRIM, although restrictions apply to some records. Access to TRIM has changed as a result of the upgrade to TRIM Context which took place on 12 June 2007. Please see the TRIM page for further information.
