Ask Adelaide Christmas closure
Ask Adelaide will be closed from 4 pm Monday 23rd December 2024 and reopen 8 am on Thursday 2nd January 2025. During this time, there will be no processing or collection of:
- Letters
- Academic transcripts
- ID cards
- Education verifications
- Proxy collection requests
- Print error re-credit requests
- Testamurs
Ask Adelaide will be available via chat only, 10 am to 4 pm on the following days:
- Monday 30th December
- Tuesday 31st December
