"The University of Adelaide is offering a huge range of postgraduate research scholarships for 2010, as well as a limited number of scholarships for postgraduate coursework, with scholarships available to both local and international students," said the Dean of Graduate Studies, Professor Richard Russell. "As one of the most research-intensive universities in Australia, the University of Adelaide offers a unique opportunity for graduate students. The University is the State's powerhouse of research and innovation, and our academic staff and affiliates are widely regarded nationally and internationally. "Postgraduate study is ideal for students coming to the end of their undergraduate degrees, as well as those who graduated some years ago. A postgrad qualification can be both personally and professionally rewarding for graduates of any age and background," Professor Russell said. Postgraduate research qualifications at the University of Adelaide include: - Doctor of Philosophy (PhD);
- Professional Doctorate;
- Masters by research;
- Higher Doctorate.
