Adelaide Orthodontic Alumni Network - President's Welcome

In 2018 the Adelaide Orthodontic Alumni Network was launched in Sydney during the Australian Society of Orthodontists Biennial Congress.

The Adelaide Orthodontic Alumni Network has seen continuing engagement from the alumni community who travel annually, often from interstate and overseas, to attend the Milton Sims Visiting Professor CPD Day.

Since partnering with this event, the alumni network has enjoyed presentations from internationally renowned orthodontic academics who in collegial surroundings share their knowledge and experiences with network members.

The Adelaide Orthodontic Alumni Network enjoys hosting orthodontic postgraduates, recent graduates, industry representatives, along with practicing and retired orthodontists at the annual event. Through these events relationships have been forged supporting the profession, the university and the careers of network members.

The network has enabled Orthodontic Alumni to collaborate, support and improve the lives of others through projects including mentoring, teaching and providing pro bono orthodontic treatment in rural and remote locations.
