Peter Gago and Andrew Caillard are graduates of The University of Adelaide wine courses. Peter Gago, Penfolds Chief Red Winemaker and maker of Penfolds Grange, is a renowned and influential Australian winemaker, and Andrew Caillard is a leading specialist wine auctioneer, wine writer and educator.
