CHRD Researcher Melissa Middeldorp awarded the Heart Rhythm Society Affiliate Prize

Melissa Middeldorp was awarded the Heart Rhythm Society Affiliate Prize in Denver on 10th May 2013. Melissa’s presented a case series of thyrotoxicosis occurring very late after the cessation of amiodarone. This research highlights the need for long term surveillance of patients who have been treated with amiodarone.
