The Executive MBA is student-focused, with maximum flexibility to suite the needs of busy professionals. You will:

To accommodate the needs of busy professionals, providing maximum flexibility to customise your schedule around your needs classes include:
- weekly evening classes
- monthly weekend intensives (Friday/Saturday)
- optional EMBA summer school for two weeks in January

Selection Criteria
Higher Education Study | A minimum of five years' relevant work experience is required for applicants with a completed AQF Bachelor's degree (minimum GPA 5.0); OR A minimum of seven years' related work experience and a satisfactory GMAT score (550) is required for applications without a completed Bachelor's degree; OR A completed Adelaide or Executive Graduate Certificate in Business Administration. Interview with MBA Director where the applicant must demonstrate Leadership, Communication, Team Skills, Motivation, Business Skills. Please upload a copy of your CV with your application. Additionally, if you have had previous contact with the EMBA Director through one of the MBA Coffee catch up sessions or EMBA Information Sessions, please indicate this in your CV. |

Degree Structure
The Executive Master of Business Administration explores critical aspects of business activity, preparing students for executive level management. Students will integrate theory and practice, developing a wide range of technical literacy to inform evidence-based decision-making. The program will help to instil a globally aware and people-oriented mindset, aiding students in the assessment and development of their own leadership skills and capabilities. The program facilitates the advancement of social capital and fosters a detailed understanding of how to utilise innovation in the creation of sustainable business practices.
The Executive Master of Business Administration is an AQF Level 9 qualification with a standard full-time duration of 1.5 years.

To qualify for the degree of Executive Master of Business Administration, the student must complete satisfactorily a program of study consisting of the following requirements with a combined total of not less than 36 units, comprising:
