With our new Graduate Diploma in Media (Strategic Communication), you’ll be ready to play a senior role.
What will you do?
Conducted over one year full-time, the degree will prepare you to take on significant responsibility in strategic communication planning, management and execution. You will graduate with enhanced skills in:
- strategic thinking and strategic media engagement, in local, national and global contexts
- creating and tailoring strategic messaging across different industries and sectors, and all key media channels, including digital and social media
- communicating for change
- strategic media leadership
- risk and crisis communication.
You’ll also may gain valuable professional experience and connections through an industry placement and ongoing mentoring.

You’ll graduate well equipped to shape strategic communications for organisations of all kinds, and to achieve all objectives: marketing, business development, community engagement and positive social change. You’ll also have the opportunity to continue your studies with the Master of Media (Strategic Communication).
