Academic English Programs

Please note that the University’s refund policy for International Students also applies to students enrolled into the English Language Centre’s Academic English ELICOS programs (PEP, PEP Extended and GEAP).

In the case of a refund application for PEP, PEP Extended or GEAP programs, please refer to the information below.

As there are nine 5 - week Academic English teaching sessions per calendar year, the refund conditions for the English Language Centre (ELC) Academic English programs are administered in 5 - week sessions.
