Book Launch of Childhood by Dr. Shannon Burns

Dr Shannon Burns’ critically acclaimed memoir Childhood was launched on Friday the 11th of November on the University of Adelaide’s Maths Lawns. 

The event featured a welcome address by Centre Director Professor Anne Pender and a discussion by Professor Brian Castro and Professor Jennifer Rutherford. Dr. Shannon Burns gave a reading and signed book copies provided by Imprints Book Sellers. 

Professor John Coetzee and Professor Dorothy Driver were in attendance alongside Centre Members and Friends.
