Periodontics
Do you thrive as part of a team? Periodontists study the soft and hard tissue structures (gums and bones) surrounding and supporting the teeth and the diseases and conditions that affect them. Working closely with other dental professionals, particularly dentists and oral hygienists, you will deal with oral inflammation, gum disease, implants, prosthetics and other surgical and non-surgical procedures required to improve aesthetics and function of the teeth and gums.
