Adelaide Fringe - Made while Nobody was Looking

Adelaide Fringe - Made while Nobody was Looking

The biennial exhibition of contemporary basketry and fibre sculptures presented by members of Basketry SA in the historical setting of Urrbrae House. Natural and recycled materials, found objects, skill and imagination make for a wonderful display.

Most of the exhibits are for sale. Part of the proceeds will go to the Friends of the Waite Arboretum, and some of the basketry material was actually grown in the Arboretum. The artists place emphasis on local and renewable materials.
