Meet our speakers
Jesse Kolega (Global Inside Sales Manager, Honeywell Sine)
With a background in media and tech sales, Jesse has always had a knack for building relationships and growing a diverse network. Jesse had a unique start to his career, which required him to lean on his network to bridge the gap in his education. Together with his strong work ethic, these skills have propelled him into a leadership position at a Fortune 100 tech company before turning 30.
In his spare time, Jesse enjoys spoiling his cat, Bambi, and trying new restaurants around Adelaide.
Elly Mitchell (Media and Communications Specialist, South Australian Cricket Association)
Elly’s extensive career in media, communications and PR started when she packed up her bags and left her hometown Orange for a role with Fairfax in Alice Springs. Since then, her career has taken her across the country where she settled in Adelaide. Ellery knows the unique challenges and benefits of building a personal network. She’s built a web of connections in Adelaide from the ground up that’s enabled her to thrive in sports journalism and secure sought-after roles in organisations such as SACA.
The Young Alumni Network supports the personal and professional development of the University of Adelaide’s youngest graduates aged 35 and under, providing networking and development opportunities to early- and mid-career professionals.
