Her Excellency Ms Kersti Eesmma, Ambassador of Estonia to Australia and New Zealand, will present a lecture titled How to Create a Truly Digital Society in Australia - Lessons from Estonia.
The University is proud of its strong engagement with Estonia, specifically through research and student mobility. The University’s Faculty of Sciences, Engineering and Technology has led successful collaboration with Tallin University of Technology through student participation in Cyber Security Summer Schools and Bootcamps. This lecture will explore the University's engagement and interaction with Estonia with a focus on themes surrounding cyber security and digital identity. There will be an opportunity to ask questions of the Ambassador following the lecture.
