J.M. Coetzee: A Public Reading

Nobel Laureate J. M. Coetzee will give a free public reading from his work in the Braggs Lecture Theatre, at 6pm on 17 May, followed by a reception in the foyer, hosted by the J. M. Coetzee Centre for Creative Practice. Bookings are essential. All welcome.

This public reading by Nobel Laureate J.M. Coetzee (Nobel Prize for Literature, 2003) follows a two-day, international, academic conference, "Dusklands at 50: Transnational dynamics, transhistorical conversations", which explores the legacies of Coetzee's first book, published in 1974. This reading is open to the public and will be followed by a reception.
