Reframing stress masterclass

You probably want to avoid stress at all costs. But not all stress is bad! In fact, we need some stress to perform at our best, as it can help increase focus and attention. On top of this, research suggests that it might be the way we view stress that may be causing us more harm than the amount of/severity of stressors we experience.
