On Thursday 5 September the University of Adelaide will hold it's second annual Giving Day.
A 24-hour fundraising challenge, Giving Day is an opportunity for our community to have fun, raise awareness for our students, cutting-edge research and community programs, and make a gift to the cause they are most passionate about at the University of Adelaide. Throughout Giving Day we will engage with key audiences including staff, students, donors, alumni and members of the wider community.
Staff and students are encouraged to get involved with Giving Day by visiting one of our campus events on Thursday 5 September. More information.
Giving Day will raise funds to support a range of important causes at the University of Adelaide.
Student Support: Augustus Short Scholarships, Student Emergency Fund, Indigenous Support Fund, Barr Smith Library, Peter Waite Centenary Scholarship for Excellence in Agriculture - University of Adelaide
Research: SAiGENCI Cancer Research, Peter Couche Stroke Research, Endometriosis Research, Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Research, Diabetes Research, Combatting Wildlife and Environmental Crime Research
Community: Elder Conservatorium - Open Music Academy, Children's University, Waite Redevelopment, Vet Emergency Fund, Community Outreach Dental Program
