GLAM networking forum

The University of Adelaide Library actually comprises four libraries: The Barr Smith Library, The Waite Library, The Law Library and the Roseworthy Library. It is also the official University archive, a museum of rare books and special collections and a gallery, regularly exhibiting works of visual art. The fields of work that are involved in Galleries, Libraries, Archives and Museums are collectively known as "GLAM". The Friends of the Library are proud to present an evening in which the University Library will be shown to be an important part of Adelaide's thriving GLAM sector. Eminent speakers will contribute to a panel discussion hosted by the Director of Post Office Projects, Eleanor Scicchitano. This will be a fascinating evening for anyone interested in what it's like to work in a gallery, library, archive or museum.
