The Australasian Society for Stem Cell Research public forum

Making cancer treatment worth it. Cancer treatment can save or extend lives, but sometimes it doesn’t. This public forum will explore how aggressive therapy that is ultimately futile is avoided, serious side effects from treatment, how personalised medicine is improving outcomes and patient treatment experiences and how best to help people who are suffering (and their loved ones). Sunday 10 November, 3–4.30pm. AHMS building, lecture theatre G030, North Terrace campus and online. Register.
