This September, the University of Adelaide and its Adelaide Dental School are proud to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the Community Outreach Dental Program. Based at the Common Ground complex at Light Square, the program provides dental services to some of South Australia’s most vulnerable individuals and communities.

Grant support for crucial health and medical research

At least a quarter of children with cerebral palsy have a clinically important genetic finding and 50 per cent of these will have immediate implications for their care, a new study from the University of Adelaide has found.

The University of Adelaide has been awarded $10.5 million for seven research projects to investigate issues including Indigenous oral health, preterm birth, cancer, and mental illness.
