The sold-out festival brought the University’s 150th-anniversary celebrations to a triumphant close.

AdeLOUD marked the end of exams and the beginning of summer holidays with over 2000 ticket buyers partying across two stages.

All proceeds from ticket sales went towards the University’s Student Emergency Fund, with just under $60,000 raised to support students facing unexpected financial hardship and help them stay enrolled.

A mix of interstate and homegrown artists performed, including Genesis Owusu, Elsy Wameyo, Nooriyah, and JamesJamesJames, with the genre defying lineup curated by the University’s very own electronic music maestro and alum, Motez.
