Claire is a Lecturer in Clinical Education, Simulation Teaching and Learning Unit at Adelaide City campus, and Simulation Lead for Postgraduate Nursing. She has more than a decade’s experience in paediatric and neonatal nursing. Claire is passionate about creating a supportive environment for students, graduate nurses, and midwives in both clinical and educational settings. She brings this passion to the simulated space, where she uses evidence based practice to create a safe environment for teaching and learning.   Outside of Claire's professional world, she enjoys being outdoors and watching her kids play soccer, cooking and eating out, and dabbling in tactile creative arts.
