Dr Will Caruso is a senior marketing scientist with extensive experience at the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute delivering research projects for local and international clients. He brings end-to-end capability across research design, questionnaire development, data collection management, quantitative analysis, and translating results into clear, practical reporting for both industry and academic audiences.
His specialist strengths include retail merchandising and shopper behaviour, particularly point-of-sale and end-of-aisle effectiveness, as well as consumer packaged goods research with a focus on packaging and pack-change (re-design) evaluation.
