Key achievements
ARCPOH top in the world in oral epidemiology
The League of Scholars' world ranking recognised the University of Adelaide as top in the field of oral epidemiology in terms of critical mass in cognate research areas (as published in The Australian 14 March 2018).
ARCPOH academics among most productive researchers
Three of ARCPOH’s academics in the top ten most productive researchers in Public Health Dentistry in the world in the last half century, as published in the Journal Community Dentistry and Oral Epidemiology, 2016.
ARCPOH researchers recognised as distinguished scientists
The International Association for Dental Research confers a special award for Distinguished Scientists. Since 1960, Australian researchers received this award 8 times, 5 of them from the Adelaide Dental School - 3 of them were from ARCPOH.
