TEQSA Re-registration

Background

Over the next two years, the Educational Policy and Compliance (EPC) team will be preparing the submission to support the University’s Renewal of Registration with TEQSA.  As the Threshold Standards relate to many areas within the University, the EPC team appreciates your assistance in the compilation of documentary evidence for this submission.

Core Standards

The University is only required to submit documentary evidence relating to a set of Core Standards^ in the Higher Education Standards Framework (HESF) for the re-registration submission. These include as follows:

* Internal Health Check will be undertaken by consultants to produce an independent report on the University's level of compliance.

Activities to date

Stage 1 - Initial Compliance Documentation

  • Liaising with University areas relevant to the Core Standards including the Council Secretariat, Academic Integrity, Office of Research Ethics, Compliance and Integrity, Education Quality, Education Transformation
  • Gathering key documents from these Areas.
  • Assessing documents to determine whether they are sufficient evidence for compliance, partial compliance or if follow-up is required.
