AIML's commitment to excellence and inclusion

AIML is committed to research excellence and training the AI and machine learning leaders of tomorrow. AIML believes that creating policies and initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion, educate about bias and discrimination, and provide support to marginalised groups will lead our members to actively build inclusive technologies that benefit everyone.

Together, our Charter and Gender equity, diversity, and inclusion (GEDI) policy work as part of a larger AIML initiative to foster an inclusive working environment where excellence is encouraged and everyone is respected, heard, valued, and supported.
