Rosie Russell and Millicent Sarre are Elder Conservatorium Music Theatre alumni whose new original show Bisexual Intellectuals will premiere at Adelaide Fringe in 2024.

James Brown

James Brown graduated from the Elder Conservatorium with a B Mus (Hons) in 2003 followed by a Masters majoring in Music Performance in 2007. He describes his time at University of Adelaide as part of his musical journey where he learned lots of life lessons and enjoyed connecting with other creative people. As he says, “Hanging out with a bunch of other like-minded musicians on a daily basis was deeply beneficial, and the University certainly provided that.”
Alumna 'takes a seat' for mother in Elder Hall refurbishment

Catherine Galvin (Bachelor of Engineering Honours, 1986) discovered the Elder Hall ‘Take a Seat’ refurbishment in the Spring 2022 edition of lumen. She was intrigued by the opportunity to reserve a seat and help refurbish the iconic Elder Hall, a place where the wonder of music has been celebrated for more than a century.

Natalie Williams' symphonic celebration of Bradman

Bachelor of Music graduate (Hons 1999) Natalie Williams was recently commissioned to compose a new symphonic work honouring the life and achievements of Australian icon, Sir Donald Bradman AC.
