Giving Day 2024 - Campus Activations
Staff and students are invited to join the Giving Day celebrations by visiting one of our campus events on 5 September 2024.
Barr Smith Lawns: 11am - 1pm
The flagship Giving Day event will incorporate a DJ, food and drink, petting farm, a few speeches and the UniSuper Ninja Wall Challenge.
Enter a team of three or as an individual for your chance to win up to $1,000 (2 x $500 prizes) for your favourite Giving Day cause, thanks to UniSuper.
Starting at 11am and running until 12.30pm, each individual member will have 60 seconds to throw balls and hit as many targets as possible on the inflatable Ninja wall.
Thanks to UniSuper the winning team nominates which Giving Day cause will receive $500. Plus, the overall individual winner will be able to nominate which Giving Day cause will receive a further $500.

Goodman Crescent Lawns: 8.30am - 10am
Visit the Goodman Cresent Lawns in front of Elder Hall for a coffee and bagel while enjoying some acoustic tunes.
AHMS foyer: 10am - 11am
Join us for morning tea in the foyer of AHMS outside lecture theatre GO80.
Roseworthy campus: 11am - 1pm
Staff and students are invited to visit the Maitidli cafe for a coffee and treat.
Our much-loved Roseworthy mascots, Lucy and Rosie, will also be joining the giving Day celebrations and will be ready for pats and cuddles!
Waite and HDR Bocce tournament: 1pm - 4pm
Staff and HDR students can enter a team of 4-6 players in the Peter & Matilda Waite Bocce competition. We will also be celebrating Giving Day with players and spectators with food and drinks and acoustic tunes.
Thanks to UniSuper the winning Bocce team can nominate which Giving Day cause will receive $500! Winners will also receive extensive bragging rights as well as the Prestigious Peter & Matilda Waite Bocce Trophy!
