Manager of CaRST
Katy Dolman
Katy Dolman is the Manager, Career and Research Skills Training (CaRST). Katy has over 15 years’ experience in Higher Education, working to support students from undergraduate through to PhD level to achieve successful outcomes, and to develop their research, interpersonal and career skills. Her experience includes supporting PhD students and higher degree by research initiatives for more than 8 years. Katy has also worked as a research scientist in an independent research institute, focused on children’s health. Most recently before joining CaRST, Katy supported coursework students with their career and transferable skill development through her role as Manager, Internships at the University of Adelaide.
CaRST Officer
Dr Charlotte Le Lan
Dr Charlotte Le Lan is the Career and Research Skills Training (CaRST) officer. She has a PhD in Biochemistry Biophysics from the University Denis Diderot Paris 7 and an Advanced Diploma in Marketing. She has worked as a researcher at Flinders University and in Singapore at Nanyang University. She understands the importance of continuous learning and skills development. She is passionate about helping students studying and working better, identifying their transferable skills, achieving their goals and better understanding the opportunities available for their future career.
