The University of Adelaide recognised the outstanding contributions to society of four eminent Australians during the University’s April and May graduation ceremonies.
Former Prime Minister the Hon. Julia Gillard AC; South Australia’s Chief Scientist, Professor Caroline McMillen; Vice-Chancellor and President of the University of Queensland Professor Peter Høj AC; and renowned ecologist Professor Hugh Possingham, were awarded honorary doctorates.
