Preparation for new editions
When a new book was released, Fisher usually had his publisher bind an interleafed copy with alternate printed text and blank pages so he could make notes for the succeeding edition.
Fisher’s own notes were used to prepare the editions published after his death.

Some corrections have been rewritten in Alf Cornish’s handwriting. The 3rd edition was published in 1973
- The Design of Experiments. 7th edition (1960)
With corrections for the 8th edition (1966)

Latin Square Menu
American statisticians and geneticists increasingly showed a great interest in Fisher’s work. In 1936 he travelled by train and lectured across the United States. This menu is from one of his many honorary functions.
