- 1929-1930 – black bound notebooks. 192p. First 7 pages are of a “The School Magazine” Undelcarra, Burnside, South Australia dated 1925. Journal starts December 26th 1928, Last entries July. Includes her examination results. (p.118).
- 1931 – Green exercise book. 58p. First few pages used for class notes for Caesar Vocabulary, 18p. Plus one loose page essay dated 1929.
- 1932 – 2 notebooks, blue/black covers, one with green spine the other with blue.

- January 1st – February 6th. 70p. Includes a typewritten letter addresses to Jane and “Dord” dated 30th December 1934.
- February 20th – August 12. 660p. Includes multiple loose inserts, including 2 pages of a handwritten family tree and several letters (p. 137)

- 1937-1939 – 1 notebook, green with monogram “Jan in bottom right corner. Includes an account of coronation day on the 12th May 1937, and Edith’s marriage to Eric Mayo (dated August 7th) along with newspaper cuttings of the wedding. Also includes loose letters and notes. Declaration of War.
