Professor Oliver Mayo

With Professor Oliver Mayo on William Harvey (1578 – 1657), discoverer of the circulation of the blood. William Harvey wrote 'my trust is in my love of truth and the candour of cultivated minds’. This inspiring influence motivated Oliver Mayo to Adopt Harvey’s Complete Works 1761. The volumes will be displayed and Conservator Karen Vidler will join us.
