Professor Vivienne Moore (School of Public Health), and visiting scholar, Professor Jennie Popay (Lancaster University) will be the two presenters. Professor Moore will present a paper by Heise et al (2019) entitled Gender inequality and restrictive gender norms: framing the challenges to health. Professor Popay will discuss a paper by McMahon (2022) entitled What shapes local health system actors’ thinking and action on social inequalities in health? A meta ethnography.
