Tasting Australia is the country’s longest running eating and drinking festival – celebration and collaboration of people, produce and place lie at the heart of our existence.

Each autumn it invites audiences to step beyond a standard food festival to discover deliciously different experiences that feed their curiosity.  

The University of Adelaide is proud to present 9 unique classes  at Tasting Australia 2025 inviting audiences to experience the fruits of the crucial research and education in agriculture, food, and wine carried out at the Waite Campus for the past 100 years.
