Nikki is a qualified social worker with over twenty years of experience in trauma counselling and service management. Her work has focused on supporting victims of crime, as well as individuals and families affected by domestic and family violence. More recently, she has worked to improve equity and access for students in higher education. She has led the delivery of services and programs across metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia, driven by a strong commitment to supporting people through crisis, building resilience, and creating meaningful change. She also takes great pride in supporting her teams and fostering an environment where students receive the highest quality services and support.
