Student Engagement Survey - Release of new Power BI report
Today we released a new Power BI report based on the QILT SES (Student Engagement Survey) data set. Integrated with university data, the SES Power BI report provides a source for institutional analysis. The report includes student satisfaction rates by focus areas, feedback from students regarding areas that could improved and best aspects of their program and reasons why students may consider leaving.

Cherwell Implementation
In line with other service branches Planning and Analytics will now be managing all customer requests with Cherwell service management software. Any email sent to panda@adelaide.edu.au will automatically log a service request in the Cherwell system where it will be triaged and assigned to the P&A staff member best skilled to service the request. A service request number will be issued to track the request until its closure.
Academic grade adjustments (Cognos Analytics: student self service)
The temporary grading adjustment measures that have been approved by Academic Board which relate to the majority of teaching periods in 2020, are now reflected (where grades have been processed in Peoplesoft Campus Solutions) in the data warehouse, accessed via Cognos Analytics: Student Self Service.
