Doors to new office open today
Today, we have reached another important milestone with the joint Project Management Office (PMO) officially taking up tenancy in a new shared office space.
Located at 108 North Terrace half-way between the two current universities (well, almost) – this represents a new chapter in the transition journey towards a potential new Adelaide University. Our project teams who supported the feasibility assessment will be the first to come together here to further collaborate as we explore next steps.
As we move through this next horizon, this will be scaled up through the establishment of the Integration Management Office (IMO) with expanded resources appointed, solely focused on building the proposed new institution.
The open office will enable colleagues from both universities to better connect and will also be a hub for planned co-creation activities, including workshops with large meeting rooms and shared spaces available.
As we continue to build momentum, this is a strong symbol of both universities charting our own course through transition planning with a target launch date of January 2026.
Other recent activity was outlined in the Vice Chancellors’ joint email communication last week. If you missed the message, you can access it again here.
