New online research ethics and compliance system

Research Services and ITDS are implementing a new online system to handle application and approval processes for Human Research Ethics, Animal Ethics, and Gene Technology/Biosafety called ACES (Adelaide Compliance and Ethics System).

Work is underway to transfer current systems and processes into this single online platform, which will deliver streamlined and intuitive online forms with the ability to track the progress of applications from submission to approval. It will also provide a common platform for all Ethics and Compliance applications.

The project is scheduled for release in early 2025. Please keep an eye out for further announcements in the coming months in the lead up to the launch of the new ACES system. More information.
