Invitation: Special Address by Former President of Latvia Dr Egils Levits

Dr Levits was President of Latvia from 2019 - 2023 and prior to that Judge at the European Court of Justice from 2004 - 2019.
The theme of the lecture is 'The interlinkages between democracy and technology' and Dr Levits will take questions on a wide range of topics including democracy, disruptive technologies, legal aspects of freedom of expression online, and foreign affairs.
