Course overview
The aim of this course is to enable students to apply the knowledge of their discipline gained throughout their studies to work related tasks and gain valuable experience related to their future career. The Virtual Internship will give students an insight into what it is like to work on projects regardless of geographical location.
Course learning outcomes
- Demonstrate practical abilities in specific aspects of the chosen discipline.
- Collect and report evidence of a range of tasks, responsibilities, knowledge and skills required for the internship undertaken.
- Critically assess and report on the tasks undertaken and skills developed throughout the internship.
- Critically reflect on tasks undertaken throughout the internship.
- Demonstrate Business Enterprise Skills

If you are continuing in a program you commenced prior to 1 January 2021, or are commencing an Honours degree relating to an undergraduate degree you commenced prior to 1 January 2021, you may be charged a different Student Contribution amount from the amount displayed below. Please check the Student Contribution bands for continuing students here. If you are an international student, or a domestic student studying in a full fee paying place, and are continuing study that you commenced in 2025 or earlier, your fees will be available here before enrolments open for 2026.
