Course learning outcomes
- Apply the principles and processes of evidence-based practice, and its importance in clinical practice research
- Summarise the steps in the research process, from identifying a problem/gap to evaluating and communicating impact
- Classify primary, secondary, quantitative, qualitative, and mixed method study designs
- Compare and contrast key clinical leadership skills to propose effective and supported change
- Formulate a comprehensive grant application to support the research project
- Locate and critically appraise research and formulate recommendations
