Ask Adelaide will be closed from 4 pm Monday 23rd December 2024 and reopen 8 am on Thursday 2nd January 2025.

During this time, there will be no processing of shop orders (i.e. letters, Academic Transcripts, ID cards) or email requests (i.e. education verifications, printing error re-credit requests, document collection by proxy requests.) 

Express processing for online shop orders will be available until 1pm Friday 20th December. After this time, only standard processing will be available. Orders not processed by 23 December will be processed upon return to business.

If you have printed a document and received an error, you may be able to apply for a re-credit of printing quota if you were charged the full amount.

However, there is no guarantee that your request for a printing re-credit will be approved in every situation. For example, if the document has printed incorrectly because of human error (e.g. forgetting to select black and white instead of colour) we generally won't provide a re-credit.
