Printing Error Re-Credit Request

If you have printed a document and received an error, you may be able to apply for a re-credit of printing quota if you were charged the full amount.

However, there is no guarantee that your request for a printing re-credit will be approved in every situation. For example, if the document has printed incorrectly because of human error (e.g. forgetting to select black and white instead of colour) we generally won't provide a re-credit.
