NRM Research and Innovation Network launches its first newsletter
The Environment Institute welcomes the first newsletter for the NRM Research and Innovation Network.
The Network is a tool for information sharing where partnerships between users and providers of NRM science and research are fostered and strengthened. It aims to be a “one stop shop” where managers and researchers can share information at the intersections of NRM research and innovation.
In this newsletter, NRM Research and Innovation Network profile research being undertaken by Professor Wayne Meyer from the University of Adelaide's Environment Institute, Landscape Futures Program. The project is called Climate Change, Communities and Environment: The Climate Change, Communities and Environment Project aims to help farmers and land managers make scientifically-informed decisions about their futures. It brings together a range of disciplines to help regional communities and their decision makers actually visualise how their regions could look under different scenarios. Read more in the NRM newsletter online.
