VIDEO: How South Australian Oyster Reefs Are Being Created

In a previous blog post here, it was shown that University of Adelaide Researchers Dr Dominic McAphee and Professor Sean O’Connell together with industry partners, have successfully begun the $4.2 million project of rejuvenating the Windara Reef, bringing back 1 million oysters to date, in the Spencer Gulf of South Australia.
