SURVEY: Exploring the Link between Nature Exposure and Wellbeing

We often hear about the benefits of spending time in nature. But what things prevent or help us spend time in nature?

It is important to know the answer to these questions to provide better access to our natural environments, as well as understand the ways different people prefer to engage with the outdoors.

Researchers at the Environment Institute at the University of Adelaide are trying to address these questions and need your help! You can share your nature habits (and a bit about yourself) by completing a survey which takes less than 30 minutes.

The questions will focus on topics such as your connection to nature, quality of life, and wellbeing. Your participation is voluntary, and you will remain anonymous. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

Everyone who completes the survey will go into the draw for one of five Coles e-gift vouchers worth $40 each.
