This year the University will mark IDPwD by hosting a morning tea. All staff, students and university community members are welcome to come together to mark this day.

Kaurna Day 2025 - Tirkanthi - Ngutu - Taikurrinthi (Learning – Knowledge - Be united together), a day to immerse yourself and celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and culture. A sunrise smoking ceremony begins a day of music, dance, and storytelling.

Wednesday wonders: science talks
Explore how glass is being used in truly incredible ways, from heart health diagnostics to communication, and sustainability. Witness epic installations take on a new dimension as the sun sets, enjoy a drink from the bar, or pre-order a picnic box to enjoy in the Garden before your science talk. This session explores the benefits of peer practice in the context of disability support from several different perspectives, including peer programs for parents and caregivers with a child with disability, and peer programs for teenagers with disability. Alienation and health and wellbeing research incubator workshop
This workshop aims to foster research and transdisciplinary links between researchers at the University of Adelaide and the University of South Australia who are interested in research on the Marxist concept of alienation and/or framing their own research in terms of alienation theory. 2024 China and Hong Kong SAR Global Opportunities and Impact Forum

Australia and New Zealand: natural allies?
