PhD scholarship available
Are you interested in looking at water issues in the Murray-Darling Basin, Australia?
We’re looking for a motivated student who wants to be part of an Australian Research Council Discovery Project starting in 2020 exploring the impacts of water recovery in the Murray-Darling Basin. The discipline of most relevance is applied economics (particularly agricultural and resource economics), but other disciplinary backgrounds will also be considered, especially for outstanding candidates.
Scholarship
The scholarship will be for three years, commencing in 2020. The annual stipend will be $28,092 in 2020, and be indexed annually thereafter. It is also likely to be tax exempt, subject to Taxation Office approval.
