Welcome to Adelaide Microscopy, a University of Adelaide core facility within the Division of Research & Innovation.
Adelaide Microscopy is a centrally located facility offering a broad range of the most technologically advanced instrumentation for microscopy and microanalysis to universities, research institutions and industry.
Our expert staff - among the best in their field - have many years of accumulated knowledge and experience in biological and materials sciences microscopy and understand the need for accurate analysis, providing expert advice on suitable techniques and applications in order to solve the most demanding of problems.
Publishing your Research
As a facility funded by the National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Strategy (NCRIS), we receive funding from the federal and state governments to help fund instruments and staff. This funding is reliant on us demonstrating how important microscopy is to researchers. Acknowledgement in publications is one of the main ways we can demonstrate this.
By acknowledging Adelaide Microscopy, and Microscopy Australia, you help us to secure future funding for microscopes and specialists.
Registration & training
Qualified Adelaide Microscopy staff are responsible for training all users on instruments and laboratory procedures.
Business & industry
